This is a rather play it by ear recipe. Have some patience and creativity with it, and you’ll do fine.
Take a 13 x 9″ pan, spread rolled oats about an inch thick, do a couple circles of light olive oil or sunflower oil, do a couple circles of agave syrup or honey, a dash of salt, a heavy sprinkling of vanilla extract (maybe a dash of chocolate extract if you like), a couple dashes of cinnamon. Stir the oats until they are damp with everything, (if too wet, add more oats). Bake at 350 F for ~10-15 minutes or until lightly toasted.
If you want, after it’s cooled and you’re putting it in your storage container, add crushed almonds and golden raisins. I love to add this to greek yogurt with some honey.
